You take charge, starting up HVAC systems with precision, ensuring they're ready for Energy Star testing, and troubleshooting any problems that arise. WORK SCHEDULE QUALIFICATIONS:

As a full-time Lead HVAC Installer at Airtron Heating & Cooling, your typical workweek spans Monday to Friday, with the occasional on-call weekends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted for education)
• Experience in HVAC installation
• Ability to interpret and understand installation plans/documents
• Basic computing skills and comfortable using a computer, laptop, or tablet
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work overtime or occasional weekend hours

An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus!
